Despite of a predictable storyline with routine cliches, the action drama stays engaging and thoroughly entertains with its well packaged narrative, that is powered by Allu Arjun’s terrific energetic performance and Trivikram’s trademark witty dialogues. The catchy songs and visuals, add to the delight. Even the over the top action sequences are pretty well executed. It is just your perfect time-pass entertainer, wherein all you gotta do is just grab your popcorn, sit back and enjoy this fun filled-feel good drama.

In wake of Shehzada's trailer, which straight up gave up how bad it is gonna be and also made me realize how better Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is than what I remember, but still there's a lot of inconsistency, logical loopholes and problematic sequences that holds it from being good! I still stand with my words, this film wouldn't have been what it is today if not for that too good of an once in a lifetime music album.
For instance, AA in the initial sequence says he has a certain mannerism when he feels sad but never does it again in the film. Navdeep purposely pulls the scarf of AA's sister and even gives a smirk but when confronted he say's…

Review by Akhil Kocherlakota ★ 2
The amount of balls it takes for someone to write a story that glorifies blood lineage, certain superiority of an individual through his genes is massive.
Aakella Naga Srinivas Sarma a.k.a Trivikram through his Brahmin lineage has proved his moral and intellectual superiority complex through this film.
Akkineni Naga Sushanth's character a.k.a "Raj", despite named and raised to be a great businessman like his father, never reaches those expectations because he was born to a loser, cheater, low-life scum like Murali Sarma's "Vaalmeeki" who is named that way strategically to show the lower caste lineage through his name.
And on the other side of spectrum, Allu Arjun's "Bantu" even though oppressed of all his opportunities from childhood by his father,…

A fun masala film done right to the T, surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Familiar plot but writing is super goofy with fun characters, nearly all jokes land. Never did it feel overlong/boring. Allu Arjun carries this film throughout with such ease!

It's my second time completely viewing this after theatrical watch. It was decent this time, I remember enjoying it when I first watched it and my only complaint is that Trivikram didn't utilise the side characters well.
