Tomorrow will be the 11th business day and 17th day of @Xfinity and @comcast refusing to acknowledge my address exists, despite the fact my neighbor who I share a wall with has service. I'm completely blown away by incompetence. 2 store visits, 3 chats, 1 call, nothing.

@Ghostipher I feel like a lot of companies have used Covid as an excuse to layoff their customer service people. Have had similar issues with Comcast.

Day 17. They argued with their customer service rep that my USPS change of address wasn't good enough. They still "verified my address."They didn't however come and hook my house up, something I've told them 7 times needed to by done.How long have you been in business @comcast?

@askparamount i sent a tweet 5 days ago, and got no response. I have a samsung Q7 tv.I've had paramount + for several months without a problem. I tried to watch last week, but nothing will load.I've tried rebooting Comcast box,unplugged tv, and also did a reset on tv.
