We have had a terrible time with @GetSpectrum. First we had to have a new cable box out in because internet & cable were going out. Then they said they had to dig up the yard to rewire the the cable. A few months later here we are and the cable & internet are going out at least..

It’s been two weeks that I’ve been waiting for the supervisor of @GetSpectrum named Michael @ +1 (407) 532-8672 to call me back to figure out why I pay for 400mbps and only get 10mbps at most. I’ve had 7 tech support agents at my house and 3 maintenance orders. #wtf

@Ask_Spectrum I have reset it since the episode aired at 4 pm due to another issue with my DVR not tuning into channels and not recording shows. Please note that your system only lists one of the series and NOT the newer/current one.
