@Tekn2K_ I was in the same situation a few months back, went to Verizon spent 10 bucks to get the upgraded modem... still had problems... turns out it was a faulty COAX cord. name bench DNS benchmark test by google is a super W as well. schedule an in-home appointment. Good luck. !!!!

The entire event was damn near about 5G and as much as T-Mobile has been pushing the industry forward in 5G, you’d thought Verizon was top dog in it during that show... That’s trash to me!

Been a @verizonfios customer for 9 yrs and was told that I could put my acct on vacay suspend during my move w/no issues. New owner is telling me they can’t open an acct. @VerizonSupport is now saying I have to pay $270 termination fee even though I just want 2 transfer my svcs.

Well, it’s #WashingtonFootball game day & Gray TV & @Verizon STILL haven’t come to an agreement re @NBC12. Guess I’ll be streaming the game today. I’m beyond disgusted that I can’t use my obnoxiously expensive cable service to watch the game. Not cool.

@VerizonSupport The funnier thing that just occurred is that I identified the issue regarding my intermittent internet outage two days ago and and fixed it. My internet had been working fine for two days until our dialogue on Twitter and mysteriously it just went down. It’s a coincidence. 💯🤨

Help @VerizonSupport ! I attempted to report a multi-customer issue, but the tech was only interested in having me reset my box, no matter how many times I told him it was a neighborhood-wide issue. Picture is of fiber splice box full of water we think is problem. How to report?
