Friend Invites

You can invite your friends to play Bleach: Brave Souls by tapping the Friends button on the Home Screen, and then selecting Friend Bonuses. Once your friend has accessed the game via the URL in the invite and completed the tutorial (cleared Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Story and started the additional download), the Friend Invite process is completed.

  • A Friend Invite will only be successful if the other player is using the same server as you.
  • An invite is only valid for three days.
  • Enable JavaScript in your browser.
  • We recommend installing the game in an area with a good Internet connection.
  • Make sure to use the same browser to launch the game as you did to view the Friend Invite page.
  • Not Available on PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5

Changing Device/Data Transfer

In order to transfer your game data to another device, you need to set up a Data Link with an account on another service. To do this, tap Settings on the Home screen and then tap Data Link, or tap the Menu button on the Title screen. You can link your game data using KLab ID or an OS-specific account. You need to link your data using either KLab ID to be able to play the game on another device that uses a different OS from your current device, so please make sure to link to one of these two before attempting to transfer your data to a new device with a different OS.

By setting up a Data Link, you can play the game using the same data on multiple devices, but you cannot play the game with the same game data on two devices simultaneously.

When transferring data to a new device, the saved Data Link game data will be used. Transferring data is performed in the same way as setting up a Data Link: by tapping Settings on the Home screen and then tapping Data Link, or tapping the Menu button on the Title screen.

If you uninstall the game without performing a Data Link, all game data will be lost and will not be recovered by re-installing the game.

You cannot transfer new game data to an account that has already had game data transferred to it.

If you have any questions about Data Links or transferring data to a new account, please contact our customer services department.

Please note that KLab ID cannot be used to perform a Data Link on PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5.

Restoring Data

In the unlikely event that the game fails to display correctly, prevents you from continuing, fails to properly download additional data, or crashes, you can recover your game data by tapping the Menu button on the Title screen.

Recovering data will not erase your player data.

Erasing Player Data

If you wish to start the game again as a new player, you can erase your player data from the Menu button on the Title screen. However, you cannot erase your player data if you have an active Brave Souls Passport subscription or if you have any paid-for items in your inventory. Please be aware that this action is permanent and erased player data cannot be recovered. Deleting your play data will not remove any transactions from your PlayStation® Store transaction history.

Regarding Account Deletion

Players can request that their account be deleted by accessing the Settings menu from the top-right corner of the Home screen and then tapping the "Request Account Deletion" button at the bottom of the Contact Us screen. The account, and all associated data, will be permanently deleted two weeks after the request has been submitted. Once deleted, there is no way to recover the data. While the account deletion request is being processed, the game can no longer be played. Once deleted, there is no way to recover the deleted data. Please be aware that account deletion requests cannot be made on the PlayStation® 4 or PlayStation®5 versions.

Purchasing Spirit Orbs

If you purchase some Spirit Orbs, but they are not displayed in-game, try closing the game and restarting the application. If a purchase completed dialogue appears when you restart the game, your purchases should be shown in-game. If your purchases are still not shown, try waiting a little while and then restart the game again.

You can hold up to 99,999 Spirit Orbs, and 99,999,999,999 Coins.
