Living in the Alexandria/Annandale/Springfield area... I've had @verizonfios for less than a month, and already experiencing a total internet and cable blackout. This was the whole reason for the switch from Cox to Verizon, because Cox blacked out too often. 😡😡#verizonoutage

@JohnLegere I Xferred my family to #tmobile and I was told my iPhone would be free if I left #verizon. I was told it would take 2 pay months for the credit to show up and now customer service is saying no credit #help I wouldn’t have accepted the phone without the promotion.

Also they promise that they will send someone on Monday From “Verizon” to fix this. First of all if we had contract with @Verizon the issue was solved by now they would send someone and this issue would be solved by end of today

Update: @verizonfios still out and customer support still won't answer their damn phones. I can live without TV and Internet, but I can't get my work done without internet. Wow, this is ridiculous.

Went through the frustrating rigmarole of @Verizon issues and customer service. Ended up needing a new account and was pleasantly surprised by their brilliant self awareness. I tried to set my new password to VerizonSucks@55. Then an error popped up saying that'd be too obvious.

@VerizonSupport I want to pay my verizon bill. I have spent hours going in circles with trying. Since our service is disconnected and we owe $.66 it won't let us pay because it isn't a $1.00 . So try to pay $1.00 and we can't pay more than what is due. NOW WHAT???

@Verizon I need someone who can actually fix an issue with my billing to DM me. I’ve asked for a supervisor numerous times via phone calls and chats and I get the runaround. Finally got one via chat and then they disconnected.
