@VerizonSupport Tech support says the box outside is not sending a signal. It broken until a tech comes - I’m stuck at home to wait for a tech between 11-3 tomorrow. Then I have to drive 4 hours because I have to testify in federal court Monday morning. So much for leaving early.

@whitelinefervor They've fixed some of the issues when you're on your own router, at least for Verizon Fios. But it used to be super frazzle-istic.

@zeynep Nest thermostat and door lock work w/o cloud/WiFi (just used both while @verizonfios home service is out). You only need WiFi to control them remotely.

@Lkatzenberg So the iPads come loaded w data from Verizon (I did most of my MH appointments by iPad when I lived in upstate NY, and still do w VA Albany so i can keep my provider since in moved). Not sure how they manage in areas with no broadband or cell service like near @stacieskelley

@verizonfios tv service has been patchy 4 a number of channels in the DC area, including during CL football since 3pm. No improvement in the past six hours. No emails about the patchy service, and it’s not possible to get anyone on the phone 4 an explanation. Not a good strategy.

@DJBigMikeDMV One difference seems to be that at Verizon you cant come to a standstill in a full traffic lane. This isn’t the bar’s fault but the related traffic is literally taking over a whole lane- seems like there should be a reasonable solution

Went through the frustrating rigmarole of @Verizon issues and customer service. Ended up needing a new account and was pleasantly surprised by their brilliant self awareness. I tried to set my new password to VerizonSucks@55. Then an error popped up saying that'd be too obvious.

@VerizonSupport I want to pay my verizon bill. I have spent hours going in circles with trying. Since our service is disconnected and we owe $.66 it won't let us pay because it isn't a $1.00 . So try to pay $1.00 and we can't pay more than what is due. NOW WHAT???

@Verizon I need someone who can actually fix an issue with my billing to DM me. I’ve asked for a supervisor numerous times via phone calls and chats and I get the runaround. Finally got one via chat and then they disconnected.
